Shipping Policy
We strive to ship your products to you as quickly as possible. We process and ship orders within 1 business day of receiving the order. The only exceptions are emergencies or scheduled vacations, which will be communicated to you at the time of ordering.
Shipping Rates & Policies
United States
- Free shipping on all standard consumer orders within the United States.
- Wholesale / B2B orders: Shipping is calculated separately and billed via a separate invoice emailed to you.
International Shipping (Canada, Japan, New Zealand & Australia)
International shipping is available to Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia.
For these destinations, your order is processed in our normal 1-business-day window and then forwarded to our dedicated shipping and handling center in the Central United States. This center is managed through our specialized international logistics partners. From there, your package is dispatched using reliable international carriers and postal services.
How international shipping works on our Shopify store:
- Add items to your cart and go to checkout.
- Real-time shipping options and exact costs for your country are calculated automatically based on order weight (and dimensions where applicable) and the service level you choose.
- Select your preferred method at checkout — you will always see the final shipping total before you pay.
- Once processed, the order moves to the Central US shipping center for international dispatch and labeling.
Please note:
- International transit times are longer than domestic shipping. Typical delivery is 7–21 business days from the ship date, depending on the destination country, carrier, and customs clearance. Delays can occur during peak seasons or customs processing.
- Import duties, taxes (GST/VAT), and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in our shipping charges and may be collected by the carrier or local customs upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authority regarding any applicable fees or restrictions on paper-crafting and stationery supplies.
- Tracking is provided via your Shopify order confirmation email and your customer account. You can also track directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping FAQs
My order says it was delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do? Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office first — carriers sometimes leave packages in secure locations or with others. Use the tracking number from your Shopify shipping confirmation to view detailed delivery information and GPS location if available.
You can also email us at onestopapothecaryshop@gmail.com with your order number. While our ability to assist once a carrier marks an item “delivered” is limited, we’re happy to verify the address and label details we used. Most packages that show as delivered turn up within a day or two. We do not reship or refund orders that the carrier has marked as delivered.
My package is delayed — can you help? Delays happen from time to time and are usually outside our control (carrier volume, weather, customs, etc.). You can track your order anytime using the link in your Shopify order email or through your customer account.
- US orders: If there have been no tracking updates and the package has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date, contact us. We will review the order and may consider it lost, at which point we can discuss a refund or replacement.
- International orders: Customs clearance and international routing add extra time and variability. Please allow the full estimated window before reaching out. We monitor tracking the same way you do and will assist where we can.
Do you ship anywhere else internationally? At this time we only ship internationally to Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia.
What carriers do you use? We use trusted carriers and our international logistics partners. The exact carrier/service for your order is chosen at the shipping center to provide reliable delivery at a fair cost. You will see the specific service selected for your order in your shipping confirmation.
Can I combine shipping or change my address after ordering? Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible before the order has been forwarded to the shipping center.
